Description
Porcelain Tile
Porcelain tile is made from a dense clay and fired at a higher kiln temperature to create a denser, more durable tile than ceramic. Making it exceptionally impermeable to water.
Recommended use: Showers, Backsplash, Outdoor Applications, High-Traffic Tile Flooring
Mosaic Tile
Mosaic tiles can be made from a varity of different materials such as porcelain, ceramic, glass or metal. They are usually small pieces and are mounted or glued to paper or mesh. This helps keep the patterns uniformed and and easy to apply.
Recommended use: Back Splash, floors (before applying on to floors please ensure that your tile is floor grade) and accent wall areas.
Ceramic Tiles
Ceramic tiles are made from a natural clay, water and sand, like porcelain it is baked in a kiln temperature to remove any moisture. This cost effective tiles comes in many different styles, sizes and colours.
